The True Formula of Happiness in Esoterics

The Universe, in essence, does not show any special interest in human happiness - no more than a person cares about the comfort or discomfort that may exist in a beehive or an anthill. It is simply that man by nature is an annoying biped with clearly expressed destructive tendencies, living at the expense of hard work and the lives of others.
In order to be happy, a person must live with dignity. He must be honest with the world in which he lives, honest with himself and realize the purpose of his existence.

Instead of going to seminars where they teach meaningless practices of "talking" to the Universe, as well as cherishing his sense of importance regarding the fact that the Universe listens and speaks, a person should practice a decent life. After all, the paradise that is so promised in the heavens, a person must first build on Earth.

the concept of happiness, always nebulous and out of reach, has recently become, for me, achievable. I just had to adjust my definition from "exceeding gladness and joy" to "calm acceptance of what happens". that actually made it so much easier to be happy! thank you guys!
