The fire from within
...We are gradually coming to the realization that a person's normal attitude toward everything is one of benevolence. Man is destined to be a gentle creature, to have a good character, to be cooperative and neighborly, to hope for the best, to build for the future, and to correct in every possible way the evil that may be lurking in his own character.
In other words, a person must maintain a certain normal calm, otherwise he becomes ill. This is a disease because it is invisible to the physical eye and does not necessarily immediately affect physical health; it remains unlearned and ignored. In fact, in many cases, it will be deliberately used to further the plan or pattern we wish to fulfill.
In reality, however, disease begins with the first fit of anger.
