If you're experiencing any issues with session restarts using WEBJS engine (default one), kindly update WAHA Plus to the latest version 2024.3.7.
Here's the related issue with a possible log you may encounter:

WhatsApp is gradually rolling out a new WhatsApp Web version (which we use under the hood), and we are currently working on a fix for this. In the meantime, we have locked the version in the 2024.3.7 image to ensure you do not experience any problems during this rollout.
We will notify you once we begin supporting the new WhatsApp Web version so that you can continue to use the WhatsApp HTTP API safely! 🫶
