this page exists because my previous patreon account was abruptly removed after a sudden policy change related to ai tools. the project itself didn’t change — but the rules did, and the account was taken down without a chance to migrate properly. so this boosty page is a fresh start and a safer home for Multiic — an experimental, story-driven visual novel exploring narrative, characters, and emerging creative tools. thank u for being here and for supporting independent creation 🖤

hey )
i finally got around to a task that had been sitting on my implementation list for a long time — custom user contexts. you’ll be able to save them locally and share them with other players. first of all, I decided that I want to follow the spirit of self-organization that has formed in discord and telegram and not interfere with moderation in any way. I think/hope that one simple, clear rule will be enough: any context that reaches a negative rating of -9 will be automatically deleted. authentication will be via email
the server-side/backend part needed for user contexts isn’t my strong suit, so to make sure I account for everything properly and that it all works as intended, this release will be delayed and will most likely come out toward the end of next week
also coming:
  • a new default “kickass cursor”
  • a story event with Kas
  • image prompting (for RP)
  • a Kobold fix and expanded settings in the game interface
  • location updates
kobold lover, a request for u — pls write what settings u think are missing from the game interface (for both text and images)

with the rendering by the ai of images: i dont see where this is an option yet but ability to save favorite images by ai and allocate certain contexts or description to image so it may show in repeat events. ie: going to a local shop, the shopkeeper has same image load so it doesnt always slow down cpu to keep making new images. maybe make it where you can save a certain number of images per description/context which the game randomizes.
Nathan Crossett, thx for the idea - I’d had a similar thought before, but it seemed too complex and not really in demand. I’ll think about it, maybe the time for something like that has finally come

in the upcoming update there will be:
  • a new male character — Kasper (Kas), yoohoo :)
  • a whisper update (local speech recognition)
  • a coqui-xtts update (local text-to-speech)
  • local tts from qwen3-tts — it also includes voice cloning, built-in preset voices, and voice creation from a description, and all of that is higher quality and more accurate than coqui. qwen3-tts will be included in the win-local build by default, and coqui-xtts will be available as a separate download
  • plus refactoring and optimization
qwen3-tts — for now the only downside is bloated libs (+5gb), but i think i can slim it down so the build stays within 20–21gb
it’ll be out closer to the end of next week
Kasper will definitely show up in the sandbox; in the story, if i make it in time, there will be an event where he appears in the prologue

Any chance you could consider Doing a with models, and no models version? Might help some of the people that have bandwidth issues and already have models they like to use. 
Mida AKhiko, no need - everything is already included in the win-local version, but if u want, u can just download other local models
Ayo Nice ! Any chance we can get the psychiatrist lady in sandbox too ? Actually it would be fun to have all the available « characters » in it. I play a lot of DnD in it so having more characters would we fun. Keep up the good work

hey ) keeping you posted
i’ve had a realization about what to change in the story part to make it more appealing, varied, and interesting (judging by the feedback, most people play the sandbox, and i’d like to change that): i’ve decided to focus on polishing/reworking the story until spring
also, i’ve kind of run out of steam, so i’m taking a short break — the update will be next week (closer to thursday)
p.s. custom endpoints will work again after the update too (because of security policies i played it safe and blocked connections not on the allowlist, but it turned out that was unnecessary)

in the upcoming update (next week):
  • a large-scale rework of character contexts (both sandbox and story)
  • the save button will become active at any point in the game and will generate a summary with the character currently on screen — a step toward fixing the characters’ “goldfish memory” and making the fixed storyline more coherent with the generated content
  • support for gemini-3 and the introduction of a custom endpoint (standard openai-style API)
  • a cozy spot by the fireplace with Fiona
  • UI improvements and bug fixes
also, based on requests, I’d like to add several slots for custom contexts and a section with user presets for character/world contexts, but these are advanced/non-trivial features and will likely be postponed to the next update

in the upcoming update (most likely next week), besides story reworks, we’ll finally add an API-based service for uncensored image generation — promptchan.
I chose promptchan because I used it myself before, though there might be better options out there. If you can recommend a similar service with an api, let me know — I’ll try to add it.
for now, I suggest picking the top 3 loras that should be included by default in the win-local build.
the list is based on what I personally use and what has already appeared in the blog:
pls vote after you’ve tried them yourself, not based on images from civitai (since in-game, with standard prompts, the result may look different)
