Recipe: Walnut Baklava

I wanted to bake this treat for many years because I was afraid that it's too difficult! But it's absolutely easy and amazingly tasty! I think you can try any nuts. I used walnuts, but really want to try with pistachios.
For a baking sheet ~34*24cm
Ingredients
-3 egg yolks
-150 g sugar
-150g sour-cream
-3/4 tsp baking soda
-225 g melted butter
-450 g flour
Filling
-500 g walnuts
-300 g sugar
-5  egg whites
Also
-2 egg yolks
-200 g honey
Whip egg yolks with sugar. Add sour-cream and soda, pour melted butter in. Sift flour in and knead the dough. Put in cold for 30 minutes.
Meanwhile mix chopped nuts with egg whites and sugar.
Divide the dough into 6 or 7 parts. Roll the first, cut the edges to get a rectangular for your baking sheet. I recommend to use silicone mat or cling film to roll the dough. Put the first layer of the dough, cover it with filling and repeat. Cancel with a dough layer. Brush the surface with egg yolks, place some nuts for decorating and bake for 20-30 minutes at 180C.
Pour honey on baked baklava. Cut into pieces. Enjoy!
