Coffee-cream Buns
Dough:
-250 g flour
-30 g sugar
-4 g instant yeast
-175 g milk
-25 g melted butter
-salt
Filling:
-180 g cream-cheese
-50 g sugar
-2 tblsp chopped nuts or almond flour
-1-2 tblsp instant coffee dissolved in 1 tblsp hot water
-1 egg yolk
-vanilla
-a few tblsp of cream cheese for decorating
Heat milk, mix with melted butter. Add dry ingredients and knead the dough
Cover with a towel and put in a warm place for an hour. Mix ingredients for the filling. Roll out the dough, spread filling on it, make a roll and cut into buns. Bake for 20-25 minutes at 180 C.
Cover warm buns with cream cheese, sprinkle with sugar powder and instant coffee.
