Вчера я выехала в центр города, чтобы немного отдохнуть - если не телом, ну так душой, - от трудов целой недели, по крайней мере моя задница не имеет возможности сидеть часами без дела еще и по выходным.

Но, как это бывает с коляской в небезбарьерной среде, я устала за саму поездку в автобусе и мне сразу захотелось обратно. Я немного пометалась по проспекту, жадничая, - жалко уезжать, ничем не накормив душу, и тут город сделал мне подарок.

Я вспомнила, что недалеко стоит церковь Иоанна Златоуста, в которую меня водила бабушка - воскресенье за воскресеньем - семь лет подряд (с перерывом только на московские церкви).

Когда я подошла к церкви, сразу стало понятно, что содержат ее хуже собаки на привязи, которая жила в грязной квартире в Перово и всегда была привязана к батарее.Ее никогда не мыли. При этом собака была очаровательная, полная любви и породистая. Просто ее хозяин был алкоголик.

Так вот и эта церковь - белоснежная красавица Николаевских времен - 1901 года - в русском стиле, с греческими иконами внутри, с голубым небосводом и золотыми звездами - за время моей жизни покрылась печальным слоем грязи самого разного вида. 
Иконы едва различимы и черны, снаружи штукатурка облупилась, внутри - вся в гадких разводах копоти, масла, продуктов жизнедеятельности свечей…

Я не испытывала большой любви к ней, потому что водили меня сюда без моего желания, однако увидеть врага веселых воскресений моего детства в таком состоянии было печально.

Эта милая девушка была ведьмой только для меня, так что не заслуживает превратиться в старуху для всех.

Испытывая большую жалость, я сделала в пустом храме фотографии и с удовольствием вышла, не оглядываясь.

Dear diary, 

it's been over a month since 'the special war operation' has started.

Every day I can see the photos from the U. and wonder how can this be possible..

Every morning I wake up, and for a second I only feel joy about a new day, but in moments I remember and my mind gets messed up.

In the first weeks of the operation I created several dolls or it's more like soft sculptures to express my feelings.

First days were very different to what I feel now.

It seemed possible that I personally could change anything.

The whole world demanded from me and every single person in this country to speak up and change and stop and do things.

One month later, we have new laws, thousands of Russians and Ukrainians were forced to leave Russia.

Dozens of the arrests, dozens of the criminal cases.

Those who leave country are called traitors now.

I wonder when they can come back? If they can?

The last days I try to find the reasons... Not political reasons, but need to understand, why so many Russians support this operation.

To me, a life of a person is a gift and evolution means people can talk and find solutions in a dialogue, no weapon needed.

Россия - страна потенциальных мастеров.

В силу бесконечного дефицита денег, материалов, любви, знаний…

Русский человек очень смекалист в быту и чувствует, что он все может:

Today I received some money from selling two of my dolls and went to purchase a little bit of the materials I need for my new dolls.

I feel like creating a bunch of comfy teddy bears.

In Russia all the prices skyrocketed in a second and in the teddy supplies store they didn’t have time to put on new price tags yet.

I’ve finished my newest little creation.

This is a baby crow doll - to me an albino crow became a symbol of the Russian people who have alternative opinions to what is happening in the world today and what place Russia has in it.

We have different points of view and we don’t support many things that happen. The government created new restrictions to make us silent and protects their evil deeds even to be called with the true words.

This breaks my heart and all I can do is to create the dolls to bring my protest to life. 
This is a one of a kind 7 cm high doll, it can turn the head around and move the legs. I used the handmade glass eyes and my unique technique of mixing fabrics with polymer clay to create it.

I’m a mixed media doll artist and I’ve been creating dolls for sixteen years now. It’s my passion and a reason for living.

Right now my art career was attacked by the decision of the government who decided to go for the certain goals in a neighborhood country.

My country lost many human and economic connections with the world and some of the ground building businesses such as PayPal, Etsy, Patreon which forced me to start this blog. 
It’s my only way to continue creating and selling art and it’s my only job too.
