As mass media from both sides try to take out the context two recent speeches of two presidents Putin and Biden, we tried to use common sense and compare them in one long-read article. It is important to do so as usually they bear the hidden messages inside on which one can make his own conclusions who is on the right side of The History.

To do so we used open resources:

Lets go through the most interesting quotations of Biden’s speech.

1. «One year ago, the world was bracing for the fall of Kyiv» 

That’s a lie. No one was going to fall neither Kiev neither Ukraine, announced goal was stopping bombing of Donbass and demilitarization and denazification of the regime. Moreover, why he speaks for the World? Speak for USA, please.

Let me provide quotation of V.Putin’s speech of 24.02.2022:

«Its goal is to protect people who have been subjected to bullying and genocide by the Kiev regime for eight years. And for this, we will strive to demilitarize and denazify Ukraine, as well as bring to justice those who committed numerous bloody crimes against civilians, including citizens of the Russian Federation. At the same time, our plans do not include the occupation of Ukrainian territories. We are not going to impose anything on anyone by force.»

2. “When President Putin ordered his tanks to roll into Ukraine he thought we would roll over. He was wrong,” Biden said. “He thought NATO would fracture and divide. Instead NATO is more united, more unified than ever before.”

Interesting, who are «we» is he talking about? Ukraine is not in NATO, then why NATO was supposed to roll over? No-one attacked NATO. He lies again.

4. “Tonight I speak once more again to the people of Russia: The United States and the people of Europe do not seek to control or destroy Russia,” Biden said. “The West was not planning to attack Russia. Millions of Russian citizens who only want to live in peace with their neighbors are not the enemy.”

Who gave him the right to speak for me and my fellow citizens, we didn’t elect you, therefore you do not know what want or stand for Russia people. But the main point here is that what one consider Russia, for example, Crimea is Russia, and there were a lot of announcements from Ukrainian officials that they were planning to attack it. What is it if not a threat?

5 .“This has been an extraordinary year in every sense,” Biden said. “Extraordinary brutality from Russia’s forces and mercenaries. They’ve committed depravities, crimes against humanity without shame or compunction. They’ve targeted civilians with death and destruction. Used rape as a weapon of war. Stolen Ukrainian children in an attempt to seal Ukraine’s future.”

That’s simply not true and cannot be. As I wasn’t on frontline and cannot speak for everybody but from my profound knowledge of psychology I can say that to make such things one has to be really insane without any cultural barriers. Definitely Russian regular army is not insane and has high morale and discipline. Usually people see the the situation from inside out, therefore it is «western» type of behavior he is speaking about. 

Moreover all evidence which were shown in public speaks that these crimes were made by Ukrainians only. Also, knowing the style of western countries, if they had any evidence against Russia forces, they would shout about it from every «bloomberg». But it is not happening - therefore it is apparently a lie.

6. “One year later, Kyiv stands and Ukraine stands. Democracy stands. The Americans stand with you, and the world stands with you.”

That’s a lie also, most of the world is not supporting them, only USA and it’s satellites do that. And it is strange to call «democratic» the regime which pushes their friends to do things they do not want to do. 

7. He said the war in Ukraine "will never be a victory for Russia — never.»

Well, never say never.

Summarizing this part, if you one puts everything together and analyzes the behavior of Biden, I assume, one can make a conclusion that he is trying to use his presidential power and the power of USA and it’s vassals to defend his personal business and crimes in Ukraine. Giving the information of Hunter Biden, chemical laboratories, and so «allergic» reaction to the Russian military operations, it becomes obvious for everyone who uses common sense, that he is highly likely abusing his power and I assume in few years we will see some news about it. 

The art of judgment wants us to read and listen to the both sides of the story, so, let’s have a look at president’s Putin speech, and see what is he talking about and for.

1.«We firmly defend not only our interests, but also our position that in the modern world there should be no division into so-called civilized countries and all others, that an honest partnership is necessary, in principle denying any exclusivity, especially aggressive.»

2. «I want to emphasize, yes, as a matter of fact, it is well known to everyone: no country in the world has such a number of military bases abroad as the United States of America. There are hundreds of them, I want to emphasize this, hundreds of bases around the world, the whole planet is dotted, just look at the map.» This is just a fact, nothing to argue about, it you USA so peaceful why have so many weapon around the world?

3. «We protect people's lives, our native home. And the goal of the West is unlimited power». Well, accusation of West, but the main message that we Russia is not going to conquer anyone. 

4. «According to the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development, the seven countries allocated about $ 60 billion to help the poorest countries of the world in 2020-2021. I see, right? 150 for the war, and 60 for the poorest countries». 

Again, make conclusions by yourself who stands for what.

5. «According to the estimates of American experts themselves, as a result of the wars – I want to draw attention to this: we did not come up with these figures, the Americans themselves give them – as a result of the wars that the United States unleashed after 2001, almost 900 thousand people died, more than 38 million became refugees.» 

Are they the crimes Biden was talking about?

6. «We are not at war with the people of Ukraine, I have already said this many times.» Here he speaks for his country, not for the «world», because Russian understand that there are many sovereign countries and they can speak for themselves. 

7. «The elites of the West do not hide their goal: to inflict – as they say, this is a direct speech - "a strategic defeat of Russia." What does it mean?» 

How does this correlates with Biden’s «the United States and the people of Europe do not seek to control or destroy Russia»? 

8. «Millions of people in the West understand that they are being led to a real spiritual catastrophe. The elites, frankly speaking, are just going crazy, and it seems that this is no longer being treated. But these are their problems, as I have already said, and we are obliged to protect our children, and we will do this: we will protect our children from degradation and degeneration.» 

Again, Putin is talking very peacefully - the west can do what they want, no-one is going to interfere, but we are going our own way and don’t want anyone to interfere either. 

9. «In this regard, I am forced to announce today that Russia is suspending its participation in the Strategic Offensive Arms Treaty. I repeat, it does not withdraw from the Contract, no, namely suspends its participation.» And again, only suspend in participation as a call for negotiations, it definitely not a threat.

Then Putin talked a lot about inner problems of the country and their developments. 

In conclusion on this part, one can see a very peaceful message: we stand for our values, do not judge yours, but will not allow anyone to interfere.

The comparison of these two speeches can give us an interesting insights on what is going on. Biden speech was mostly about struggle not to loose, however it seems like no one is ever wanted to beat him. He also pulls in NATO and his personal «world» (G7 and few vassals), but again no one makes any threats to them. It seem like he is afraid of loosing, and as nobody is offending means that he is loosing to his own fate. 

Putin’s speech was mostly about development of Russia and our values, many times he emphasized that Russia stands for diversified world with really independent and free countries without dictate and military bases around the world and without lie.
