fix: parallel ship parsing — rebuild dictCOSaves correctly
- Rewrite Patch_DoLoadGame_ParallelParse: replace dictFiles with []for instant ship loop, store parsed ships in s_parsedShipsCache
- Add LoadSaveFile.Postfix: capture jGS.aCOs via reflection
- Patch_SystemInit.Prefix: inject cached ships + rebuildDataHandler.dictCOSaves from captured aCOs (0 orphaned COs)
- Remove broken Patch_JsonToData_ShipCache
