Level 25 related updat

-Raised the max char level to 25 and the max clan level to 90
(these will now only increase after the addition of Legendary difficulty, which is supposed to happen after the full release; before that, there will be a transition from the alpha stage to beta)
-Added Level 25 bandages and food
-Added Tier 2 upgrades for ultimate abilities
-Tier 2 upgrades for ultimates also enhance Tier 2 upgrades for other abilities
-Поднял макс. уровень персонажа до 25, а макс. уровень клана до 90
(теперь они повышаться будут только после добавления легендарной сложности, что предполагается уже после выхода в полный релиз, а перед этим ещё будет переход из альфа стадии в бету)
-Добавил бинты и еду 25го уровня
-Добавил для ультимативных умений апгрейды 2го тира
-Апгрейды 2го тира ульты так же усиливают апгрейды 2го тира остальных умений
