Hello, my name is Victor. I make indie video games with Game Maker, also write music sometimes.
Current project - Archtower, kinda Roguelite/ARPG hybrid. Currently in an Early Access state: Archtower on Steam

More new enemies, Mobs vs mobs

-Made a couple of new enemies for the new Floor 15
-Some enemies can fight each other (for now only mobs on new Floor, later for other enemies)
-Made new power crystal "Poison Trap"
-Made welcoming phrases for Rare Merchant (depend on the place of meeting)

New improved ranks, Overheat reducing

-Made improved versions of the new enemies for the new Floor 15
-Made the basis for two more new enemies that will appear later on the same floor
-Finished the Overheat effect, which can now be removed by jumping into water barrels (local enemies won't like that)

New Act V, New Floor 15

-Started working on the new Floor 15 (Act V started!)
-Made a couple of new enemies
-Making a new area specific long debuff effect Overheat
-Also you can hear a part of a new music track for that level

Finishing Act 4 matters

1) Made quests to unlock the second skill for the new classes “Blade” and “Shadow”.
Overall, finished the minimum planned quests that were left after completing Act 4, in March it will be possible to move forward.
2) Made a new perk, “Resilience” (requires level 20 and the “Toughness” perk)
-Chance of receiving traumas -25% (upon receiving traumas, 3-4 checks are performed for each trauma level; the chance affects each such check)
-Level 1-4 traumas heal on their own (you need to go through floors and levels and kill some optional mini-bosses, the principle is the same as when reloading the Rare Merchant)
-Chance to survive +20%
3) Made a new clan bonus, “Chance to survive” (+2% per bonus level, maximum +20%)
Now, on the “Story” difficulty with all sources, you can raise the chance of free survival up to 99% (80% on “Ballad”)
4) Clan Leader now has the ability to reset clan bonuses (available after clearing accumulated clan matters)

Some progress

1) Worked on a new quest for the merchant brothers and new quest locations.
Previous decisions in the brothers' quests may affect the availability of one new quest completion option.
2) Made flying enemies and pets fly over ponds and pits (exception - crystal scout)
Defeated flyers fall into the water, and loot from enemies lands on the nearest shore.

New Minimap, New Subclass + Ultimate, "Stone Bullet" Crystal Skill


1) Put a minimap in the up right corner, added the name of location above it, and placed status effects under it. Now when big map is open, instead of rolling away from the screen minimap becomes a compass gimmick, that always points at the North.
2) Made the Silhouette subclass for the Shadow class (more open combat + melee crits) and an Ultimate Ability for it (attacks random enemies ahead 4 times).
3) Made two new power crystal skills "Sure Strike" (undodgeable melee attack, unparrable on epic quality) and "Stone Bullet" (phys damage casting skill with new physical themed casting effects, undodgeable on epic quality). The second one you can see in this video.
Those crystals will be unlockable through Gemcutter's quests after beating the Act 4.

-Making 2 new classes which are unlockables for questlines of Act 4.
