buenas a todos cuando inicio el 34h launcher me sale este error

y no me inicia el juego como es que se hace para que reconosca la direccion del juego si el Zclient esta en la carpeta del juego y ejecute tambien el ZInstaller.bat.
que pudiera ser que estoy haciendo mal
