May-June 2023 Status Update

Hey everyone, sorry for the long silence, but I haven't been in the right state to work on anything for a while now.

So, while I still haven't been able to get my stomach issues checked yet, I've at least been able to alleviate those somewhat after sticking to a very strict died for a while, which seems to have helped a lot. The good news is that I will finally return to my apartment in a few days, as long as there's no sudden change of plans again. Ironically, this time I actually have to return there which sours it somewhat, but I'm glad that it's finally happening.

Unfortunately I've also been in an incredibly depressed state for the entire month due to a variety of things, which is why I've been radio silent for longer than usual. It's been a while since I've felt that rubbish mentally so it really threw me off. I dunno if it's gone yet or not because it seems to come and go, but hopefully a change of scenery will help me pull myself together.

That said, this hiatus also gave me time to reflect, especially in terms of what I do and, more importantly, what I don't do enough. Right now I'm a bit busy with finishing up various chores while I'm still with my relatives, but once I'm back home I want to focus more on actually properly showing the characters, their designs, and their roles and personalities, along with other kinds of drawings that I've always wanted to do but rarely did.

That'll be all for now. I decided to postpone this one so that I'd cover two months in a single post since these were incredibly delayed, I don't know if I'll still do monthly updates or will instead switch to an update every two months, unless something really important comes up that I'll need to let you know about. Trying to stay optimistic, but things don't always turn out the way you want them to.
