Patch for Test version 0.2.9

All links and posts with Test version 0.2.9 received an archive update.
Patch add multiple bug fixes, additional dialogues to help players navigate around new content, more interaction with new companion and a new berry bush right outside the gates of the City of Horns.

So should I uninstall the existing 0.2.9 and reinstall it?

애옹, yes.
You can also move your saves from save folder in older version to save folder in new version.
