The Tonal is the part of human attention that is used in everyday life to describe the reality that is happening. A weak Tonal is a Tonal that is closed in on itself and paralyzed by a person's sense of self-importance and pity. In other words, such a Tonal is not able to interact with anything that is outside the daily description of the world created by man. Don Juan called this process “building an inventory.” At the same time, a weak Tonal blocks a person’s learning ability and is not able to interact with the Nagual. The Nagual is the second part of a person’s attention, which remains outside the Tonal, and is capable of developing in a person his potential as a magical being.The interaction of the Nagual and the strong Tonal in each person is one's basis for revealing one's own duality, which can change a person’s life and make one accessible to the Force. The source of Force is the human Spirit. It is the Spirit of a person that is the basis of one's Consciousness, which remains with a person even after physical death. Seers call this process the transition to the third attention.The task which a warrior faces with is to find one's Spirit in order to become free from personal and universal stupidity. This is how a person structures one's Tonal and develops own Nagual.How can such knowledge be applied in ordinary human life?According to Eastern philosophy, the greatest stupidity that fetters a person is one's perception of oneself as a being separate from all humanity. Because of stupidity, a person feels isolated and begins to “fight for a place under the Sun.” There is enough light from the Sun for everyone. There is no need to fight for it. Everyone must fight against stupidity, which has obscured the source of Inner Light.Recognizing oneself as part of the human family is the main stage in getting rid of illusions and stupidity. The sympathy that a person is able to show towards others despite one's own pain and troubles in life is an indicator that a person has begun to get rid of stupidity. As soon as the noise and shouting of stupidity subsides, the Nagual begins to actively develop in a person and the Tonal begins to be structured.Stupidity leads anyone into deplorable situations and is an energy-consuming mechanism that drains a person. A structured Tonal is a Tonal in which all the potential available to a person is spent on developing as a magical being. Deliverance and the war against stupidity are based on man’s ability to distinguish between “one’s own” and “not one’s own.”One’s own is everything that strengthens the human Spirit and makes life better, this is what a person was born into this world for. Not one’s own is everything that slows down a person on his Path, which has a Heart.Stop using alcohol, nicotine and other drugs, stop promiscuity, stop cheating on your wife or husband, stop hating your neighbour, leave a job you hate, develop the ability to see and feel the Force behind things, manage one's own budget correctly, abandoning the philosophy of promiscuous and chaotic consumption, and concentrate on developing your own talents — all these are steps and a victorious strategy for a person in the war against one's stupidity. One needs to stop being a monkey who, due to a lack of understanding of what is happening to it and where it is jumping, begins to imitate what shines brightest.The task of a human being is to realize one's magical nature, realize own involvement in the human family, develop one's talents and, through sincere and hard work, help brothers and sisters in the human family fight their stupidity, the devil living on this Earth.

Only in this way does a person reveal the Nagual and structure the Tonal in order to find his Path, which has a Heart and which will lead one back to one's Spirit. The Man of Spirit maintains the integrity of oneself, gains Freedom and passes by the Eagle.
