The ancient Roman Stoics defined Knowledge as the highest Good of man. For the Stoics, ignorance was an evil.

The path of the magician, according to the teachings described in Castaneda’s books, is not exciting but exhausting rituals, not working with “effective” practices of leaving the body and searching for inorganics, the abstract voice of dreams or attractive hallucinations that supposedly liberate, but at the same time lead a person beyond a pen to the door of the prison of self-importance and self-reflection, where they leave the whining poor child in the murderous tutelage of stupidity.

The path of Sorcery is the path of Understanding and sublime Feelings, which act as a gift when a person interacts with Knowledge during one's training. Understanding and Knowledge can free a person from the captivity of Evil and the only devil on Earth - human stupidity.

Understanding and Knowledge lead a person to the only fact that liberates one's entire essence: a person is a magical and mysterious creature, as incomprehensible and diverse as the world around oneself.

The gift of man is the ability to learn and interact with Knowledge. A person’s teacher and guide is one's immortal Spirit. Compass - The human heart, filled with warmth, love and reverent attitude towards the Earth and people. The path of the magician is the Path with the Heart and the Path of Feat, which consists of overcoming the hell of limitation and cowardice, stupidity and self-reflection.

The magician walks every day through adversity and pain towards the Spirit. One leaves a trail that people can follow to escape from hell. One is faithful to the Spirit and one's Path of liberation.

In the name of Knowledge, Power and the great Good for yourself and all humanity through the joys and sorrows of ordinary everyday life.

That's what real Sorcery is.
