What is the work for a person exactly?
The issue of attitude towards work can be difficult for some insofar as such people’s attitude towards the work process may be based not on pure perception, but on certain expectations that, in their opinion, did not come true due to the “wrong” work.
Meanwhile, work is the most effective tool for unlocking your own potential. What does it mean?
Remember that don Juan said that the difference between a magician and a scientist is that the second completes his research at exactly 5 o'clock in the evening, puts everything on the table and moves away from his work. In contrast to this, a person of Knowledge or a Magician/Shaman, according to don Juan, is always in search of Power, primarily in the search and accumulation of Personal Power or, in other words, free Energy.
You need to understand that work, if we are talking about the traditional understanding of this word, is partly a social responsibility. But at the same time, social responsibility should in no way come into confrontation with a person’s purpose. A person spends up to 10 hours a day at work. For almost everyone, work is the only platform where he or she is able to reveal his or her own potential and talents.
Burnout, moral fatigue and dead end occur if a person does not see or is not aware of the purpose in what he is doing. A person who reveals his own talent and potential is always in search, feeling himself in his place.
From this context it follows that money cannot be the true purpose of work. Money is a tool that serves the flows of a person’s Personal Power, realized by him through his talents in the workplace for the benefit of all Mankind.
That is why in the East they say that there is no such thing as insignificant work. Both the emperor and the janitor must have the same attitude towards their work and see in it the realization of their talents and inclinations in the global Plan of Evolution of all Mankind.
If you have to work solely for money, then realize that your Personal Power is serving an instrument that should serve Personal Power.
Money smells. The Force may or may not stand behind them. From the point of view of the Force, the Master, who received payment for the realization of his talents, embodied in a masterpiece, receives money, which has the Force behind it. Castaneda wrote that money, behind which there is Power, must serve things that have Power behind it.
These are very complex issues that need clarity, reason and responsibility behind them. Ultimately, the task of each person is to work for the common good by developing his talents. You need to understand that the Spirit speaks to a person through his everyday life. There are no ordinary days, just like ordinary choices and ordinary work.
