Is the SMO still being fought by the Russian military exclusively with volunteer contract soldiers and Naval Infantry? You mentioned stop loss in a post a while back. Given the length of the SMO, has that been eased and are contract soldiers being discharged? Does Russia have a US style G. I. Bill of Rights with specific benefits for SMO veterans?

Given that Russia must now be prepared to fight a general war against NATO, have draft calls increased and/or lengths of service been increased for draftees? Thank you for all you do Mark.
