Hi!
I’m continuing my story about the development of games and other size‑difference content.
Today, no grand words. I’m just really tired — both mentally and physically.
I know you’re expecting more posts from me, more updates, more energy. And I’m truly sorry that I can’t give as much as I’d like to. The truth is, I have almost no free time: to make sure my kids and I can get by, I work a lot at factories, and only tiny scraps of time are left for development — time I actually manage to carve out. But I use every single minute of that time on the game.
The working build has been updated — and that’s something at least. Right now, I’m creating one storyline: at the first branch, the player chooses “Willingness to Take a Risk,” and at the second, the girl named Mira. The branch is already close to completion: I’ve already integrated the entire script I’ve written into the game. Starting next week, I’ll go back to writing — I’ll need to come up with more content.
In my previous post, I asked you how I should proceed: whether to finish the branch completely or leave it slightly unfinished to keep the intrigue and switch to a new storyline. Very little feedback came in, but from what I did get, I understood the main thing: you’re okay with me making the decisions myself. And that realization means a lot to me — especially when doubts start to overwhelm me.
And doubts do come up. More and more often, I catch myself thinking: “Does this game even need to exist? Maybe I’d be better off going back to drawing, which is where I started?” My drawing skills have gotten a little better, but they still can’t compete with AI‑generated arts which are now everywhere on all the platforms. I’ve tried using neural networks myself, but I just couldn’t get images I’m happy with.
Once, I dreamed of making an RPG; then I tried a platformer (that’s how Final Exam came to be), but it didn’t find its audience. In the end, I settled on a visual novel: for me, it’s the most accessible option from a technical standpoint. But even so, development is moving incredibly slowly. And I understand why some followers leave: I’m not as active as people would like. It’s just that my level of activity is the absolute maximum I can manage in my current situation.
I dream that one day development will become my main job — so I can work on the game full‑time. I know it sounds almost like a fairy tale, but it’s the support and kind words from my subscribers that make that fairy tale feel a little closer to reality.
Please, if you have even a few words to share, write to me at my email (you can find it in my profile description). Even a short message like “hang in there, we’re here” or “I like the Mira storyline” helps a lot. It really matters to me to know that someone actually needs this.
The updated working build and the new images from this week are already waiting for you in the private gallery.
Thank you so much to everyone who supports me! The game is being developed entirely thanks to your support!

P. S.
I sincerely apologize for the fact that the development is progressing too slowly and many promises made earlier have not been fulfilled. I always do everything I can. But I have to provide for my children, so I spend most of my time working three jobs. It’s very hard. I’m constantly thinking about how to speed up the game’s development. After all, many people criticize me precisely because the development is moving too slowly. Unfortunately, right now I don’t have any ideas on how to make my work faster. I need to work at least at one main job (instead of three) so that I can devote more time to the game. But at the moment, I can’t afford that… Please forgive me for repeating this again. It’s just that those who write to me keep bringing up this topic. Unfortunately, not everyone reads my previous posts.
My name is Helen, and I’m a single mother with two children, working three jobs at different factories.
Right now, I’m working on creating size‑difference content late in the evenings on weekends, because household chores and spending time with my children are a priority.
At the moment, I’m working alone, without any help. All I can rely on is my own strength and enthusiasm.
Please take the above into account and understand why the development is slower than I’d like it to be.
If anyone has any questions, I sincerely ask you to take a little time to read all my previous posts about game development. They contain answers to many questions. I simply physically can’t describe my entire story in every post. Thank you very much for your understanding.
I want to sincerely apologize to those whom I haven’t replied to in messages. I’m sorry, but I really have very little free time. No matter how hard I try to read all the messages, I physically can’t do it. There are too many messages! Most of them, unfortunately, contain hate, but sometimes it’s impossible to tell what they’re about until I open the message.
I read messages from followers on Patreon and Boosty first. Then, as far as possible, I read email and messages on other platforms. Sometimes it happens that I read a message, planning to reply later… but then I forget to do so. And on top of that message, many new messages come in, pushing it far down…
I really ask everyone, please don’t be offended with me if I haven’t replied to someone. I don’t do it on purpose, and not out of malice!
