About

Hi!
My name is Helen.
I create size-difference content in the evenings, after my main jobs.
Post publication schedule (unless there's a force majeure):
- Sunday: game development posts and content update
A little bit of truth about me.
- I'm the single mother of two sons.
- Youngest son is disabled
- I usually have 2, or 3 main jobs. This point changes very often. No employer wants a woman with problem children at work.
- Everything I do, I do for my children. My children are the main priority in my life. I want to provide for their future. No matter how I do it.
- I have been creating size-difference images since 2019.
- Rare experiments in game creation started in 2020. More frequent game development experiments were started in early 2022.
- Size-difference game development prioritized in 2023.
- I currently have 2 games in the work: Size Difference World (a very complex global JRPG style game) and Final Exam (a simpler platformer style game).
- In parallel with game development, I make size-difference images in anime style.

Unfortunately, I can't defeat piracy. I can, however, make the pirates' job a little harder. All content will once again be hosted on virtual disks (link above), not in the feed. There will only be notifications about content updates in the feed.
I apologize to my subscribers for this inconvenience. It is a forced measure. I sincerely hope that those who support me will not have a great deal of difficulty.

Hi!
I’m continuing my story about the development of games and other size‑difference content.
Today, no grand words. I’m just really tired — both mentally and physically.
I know you’re expecting more posts from me, more updates, more energy. And I’m truly sorry that I can’t give as much as I’d like to. The truth is, I have almost no free time: to make sure my kids and I can get by, I work a lot at factories, and only tiny scraps of time are left for development — time I actually manage to carve out. But I use every single minute of that time on the game.
The working build has been updated — and that’s something at least. Right now, I’m creating one storyline: at the first branch, the player chooses “Willingness to Take a Risk,” and at the second, the girl named Mira. The branch is already close to completion: I’ve already integrated the entire script I’ve written into the game. Starting next week, I’ll go back to writing — I’ll need to come up with more content.
In my previous post, I asked you how I should proceed: whether to finish the branch completely or leave it slightly unfinished to keep the intrigue and switch to a new storyline. Very little feedback came in, but from what I did get, I understood the main thing: you’re okay with me making the decisions myself. And that realization means a lot to me — especially when doubts start to overwhelm me.

Hi!
I’m continuing my story about the development of games and other size‑difference content.
I’ve just updated the working build of the game again — and this time, there’s more than code under the hood. New in‑game images from this week are already in the private gallery, ready for you to explore.
I know I keep saying it, but every single image really takes ages. It’s not just “draw and drop” — each one needs careful planning to match the story beats and the branching paths. And the story itself? That’s another beast: writing a visual novel is basically like writing a book with illustrations, except you also have to fit it all into the engine, handle the branches, and keep the pacing consistent.
Right now, I’m working on one of the many storylines. I honestly don’t know the final count yet, but it’ll definitely be more than six main branches (I already have six branching setups), plus a bunch of side quests and detours. The final game will be pretty big, and I really hope it’ll be worth the wait.

Hi!
I’m continuing my story about the development of games and other size‑difference content.
I’ve decided to publish a new version of the game’s working build today so that everyone who’s interested can get hands‑on experience with it as early as possible. While testing the game, I made sure that the current version is quite playable, so it’s ready to be uploaded to the private gallery. The new images I created this week are also already in the private gallery.
Even though the story continuation included quite a large number of images, I managed to reuse some previously created images for certain scenes. I made a few minor tweaks to some of the images.
Let me remind you that right now I’m developing the story branch that the followers voted for. We’re still a long way from finishing this branch’s plot. I don’t plan to add any major new story branches at the moment, but in the future I’ll add a few secondary branches to make the game more engaging for players. I’ll also include some interesting story moments in the main branch.

Hi!
I’m continuing my story about the development of games and other size‑difference content.
This week has been especially busy with my main jobs at the factories. It’s getting really hard. I think I need to change jobs again. Unfortunately, there aren’t any options right now. I don’t think it makes sense to switch to a similar job if it’s going to be just as demanding.
Nevertheless, no matter what, I keep working on the game. Besides the four images I managed to create this week, I’ve also planned out the creation of future images.
Unfortunately, right now, the number of 375 followers seems kind of unrealistic to me. Will I be able to reach that goal? Maybe I’m doing something wrong?
Unfortunately, I don’t have the opportunity to take a break from my intense work schedule at the factories and really think through how to make the game development and other content creation more productive. I’m doing things the way I can. Yes, I know most people don’t like it, and a lot of the feedback I get is hateful. Believe me, if I had the chance, I’d do things better and more productively. But right now, I’m doing the best I can, given my current life situation.

Hi!
I’m continuing my story about the development of games and other size‑difference content.
As promised, I’m publishing the new working build of the game in the private gallery.
I’d like to remind that right now I’m developing only one storyline, so for now, in each story branch within the game, only one option is active. In the future, in addition to the key story branches, I’ll add side branches in random places — they won’t play major roles. I’ll decide where those branches will be located later, when the game is closer to completion.
In my subjective opinion, the game looks much better now that I’ve decided to use scenes created in RPG Maker instead of text placeholders on a black background. Let me remind that those placeholders were temporarily replacing the unfinished in‑game images. However, in the final version of the game, both the images and the RPG Maker scenes will remain. This way, the game will feel more like a JRPG. The difference is that there will be no character control — all scenes will be scripted. I tried adding character movement control in some places, but, believe me, it didn’t lead to anything good. Mixing visual novel scenes with classic JRPG ones only adds confusion. So, it’ll be better if the game remains closer to a visual novel than a JRPG. I hope most people will support this idea.

Hi!
I’m continuing my story about the development of games and other size‑difference content.
Since I decided not to tie adding new dialogues to creating new images, work on the game has been going a bit faster. Of course, there’s a chance that it just feels that way to me, but I really hope that the development productivity has actually improved. Plus, I’ve almost gotten rid of all the placeholder images with a black background, replacing them with scenes made from the RPG Maker engine’s standard tiles.
If no force majeure occurs, the new version of the working build will be published.
I’d like to say a few words about the free demo version of the game. There definitely will be one! Unfortunately, right now I can’t say when that will happen. Based on the unsuccessful experience of developing my two other games, I’ve realized that the demo version should be indistinguishable from the final version of the original game. The demo should include only the best and highest‑quality moments in order to hook the players as strongly as possible.

Hi!
I’m continuing my story about the development of games and other size‑difference content.
As I said, at the moment I’m working on removing the black placeholder screens that I inserted into the game in place of the unfinished in‑game images. Instead of the black placeholders, the game now features scenes assembled from the standard sprites of the RPG Maker engine. In my opinion, it looks quite good. In the places where images will appear in the future, I’ve inserted text descriptions, just as in the previous version.
I wanted to try adding scenes to the game where the player has to control the hero’s movement. However, I didn’t like this option. When control of the hero is handed over to the player, it causes confusion. It’s not always clear when that moment occurs. I need to come up with something so that the transitions from dialogues to action happen in a more harmonious way. I’m afraid that, given my very limited free time, I won’t have the patience for this. So I’ve decided to abandon the idea of controlling the hero. All scenes using RPG Maker sprites will be scripted. Therefore, the game “Erindale: The Code of Reality” remains a visual novel with a branching plot. But this visual novel will include elements of the JRPG style — just the style, not the gameplay.

Hi!
I’m continuing my story about the development of games and other size‑difference content.
While testing the working build, I realized how bad the text placeholders look that I’m currently inserting instead of the future in‑game images. Obviously, this approach is good for development and testing. However, players don’t really like the version of the game with text placeholders. And that’s understandable, since the main feature of this game is the size‑difference images.
I could avoid publishing the working builds of the game until they have a more or less finished look. But I know for sure that this won’t increase followers’ interest in my content in any way.
I’ll try to make the working builds of the game a bit more interesting. The text placeholders on a black background definitely need to be replaced, and I think I know what with.
