Possible solutions to the problem:

.•● Change your device, from a phone payments are more likely to fail;
.•● Entering card data manually;
.•● Split payment into two parts;
.•● Payment through PayPal balance, not from a card through PayPal;
.•● Re-link PayPal if you have already made a payment before and it was successful. Just select add new ayment method and re-enter all data;
.•● Re-link the card, if earlier payments from it were successful. Also by adding a new payment method;
.•● Try it a few hours later or the next 24 hours;
- Call the bank and ask to confirm the transaction.
