.•● Re-link PayPal if you have already made a payment before and it was successful. Just select add new ayment method and re-enter all data;  
.•● Re-link the card, if earlier payments from it were successful. Also by adding a new payment method;
.•● Try it a few hours later or the next 24 hours;

- Call the bank and ask to confirm the transaction.

On a successful payment its status should be "succes" not "pending"
Important: email notification of payment does not equal a successful payment.
