[0.4] Progress Update #2
Hey everyone!
I'm ready to share some new information with you regarding the progress of version 0.4!
It’s been quite a while since the last devlog, and I want to update you on what’s been happening behind the scenes.
💼 IRL Matters: Lately, I’ve had to balance my time with urgent real-life responsibilities. This official shift in focus temporarily affected my usual workflow, which explains the recent period of silence.
⚙️ What’s happening now: However, this silence wasn’t empty. Alongside handling IRL matters, I have been deeply focused on improving the overall quality of the game's visuals. Instead of rushing for quantity, I chose to dedicate my time to mastering new rendering techniques.
I’ve managed to achieve some great results and significantly step up the visual style, and now that I am much more comfortable with this new workflow, my rendering pace has noticeably increased.
💻 Current progress: I am fully immersed in the visualization phase. It’s worth noting that even with the faster pace, this approach still takes more time than before because the level of detail is much higher. I’ve attached a fresh render to this post - I'll let you be the judges of the progress and see if you like the new look!
