Hey there, friends! I love sharing my art and this time, I wanted to show you all my creative process for a fanart I made of OneShot (any fellow fans out there? :3). This piece has a special place in my heart, even though I drew it back in 2020. What I really love about it is how the emotional aspect shines through, with a feeling of loneliness while also providing comfort all at once!

Now, usually I use 3D to create my backgrounds, but this time around, I wanted to keep it strictly 2D and even drew a perspective grid myself!

Nico, the main character, is accompanied by a light bulb which gives off that beautiful yellow glow you see in the finished artwork

Now I rarely use blur for backgrounds, but this time it made the illustration very atmospheric! Blur can be a really good instrument in some cases

Honestly, looking at this always brings a wave of nostalgia over me. What do you think, friends? Did I capture those emotions exactly like I wanted?
