To increase the chances of a successful payment, first go to your account settings before making a payment attempt:

- When you're ready to subscribe, please ensure that you select the appropriate payment method for international cards. It’s important not to choose the option for Russian Federation (RF) cards if you are using an international card.

Further, after debiting and returning the test amount, your card will be linked to your account and you can go to the author's page to pay for the subscription. Please follow the instructions below if you encounter a payment error:

If you encounter any problems during the payment, it's possible that your card

may not support 3D Secure authentication, which our payment partner requires.

Please reach out to your bank’s customer support and request that they enable

3D Secure (3DS) for your card. If your bank confirms that 3DS cannot be

enabled on your card, you will need to use a different card.

If your card is already linked and you see a masked version of your card number

in the interface, try selecting the option to pay with a new card and enter your

card details afresh. This can sometimes resolve issues with the payment process.

If your bank assures you that there should be no issues with your card, but the

payment for a large amount does not go through, we recommend trying to make

a small initial payment. This can sometimes help identify and resolve issues

without committing to the full subscription amount.

If the small transaction is successful, but you still encounter problems with the

full payment, please do not hesitate to write to our support team https://boosty.to/app/help

for assistance. However, if the small payment also fails, it is likely that our

payment partner does not accept your card. In this case, unfortunately, there is

nothing more we can do on the project’s side to assist you.
