A new bored hobgoblin from the randomizer on his way

Not very creative design, but boring people are allowed to be in dystopias XD

and an idea for yet another [probably evil] big woman. This time of a troll variety.
I don't like...everything that's going on in here, except for the horns and hair, but I'm posting it anyway so maybe one day we can witness the progress.
