Autonomous Fighting Fix

Hi everyone, i got some reports where sims are fighting autonomously. Here's the fix for that. Place the file inside "6 Gameplay Addons/Misc/" and it should stop the autonomous fighting. You can still initiate a fight with a Sim, but it needs to be done manually.
