Mage Auras v2 (WotLK Classic)

- Re-worked and fixed logic in Ignite WA code. Thanks to @Alfredz for helping me out with testings. In-before prediction damage wasn't recalculated after 1st tick of Ignite.

- Added Custom Options to Ignite WA, helping to colorize Ignite Damage Text depending on damage threshold. Just a better visual reminder

- Added Focus Debuffs: Living Bomb, Ignite, Pyroblast, Spell Crit

- Added anti-clip system for Living Bomb Focus and Damage Prediction for Ignite Focus

- Moved Power Buffs to the middle above Panel with main rotation buffs / debuffs and cooldowns

- Moved Defensive Buffs above the player frame

- Added multiple Living Bomb group with Icons. Turned it off by default in Load section. Don't forget to uncheck Never if you prefer icons more

- Moved some cooldowns beneath Cast Bar. Made them to be shown only on cooldown

- Injected Range Distance, Threat and Time to Die WA to Mage Auras group

- Re-worked Arcane Auras Panel just a little bit: debuffs, buffs are set to be shown always. Arcane Blast debuff now has a custom number showing you how many AB can be casted

- Added "Use Mana Sapphire" reminder. When Sapphire is not on cooldown and your mana is less than 70%

- Added Evocation Buff with number of how many mana is restored per tick
