Hey guys.

I want to let you know that I’m going to remove my old projects from 3dxmodz. I don’t want to support this place whose admins support thieves and have zero respect for the creators who made that place what it is. It seems like after their store died, they lost interest and don’t care about the content that’s already been uploaded to the site.

Regarding my content on Modz, I want to re-upload the rooms that are worth keeping later on my website (3dxmarket.com) and probably on the updated version of Toraxs’ site (3dxchatsharing.com), which was launched earlier last week. But before I re-upload them, I want to slightly update the most popular rooms first — at least Seashore Apartment, Lovers Hideout (1), and the old GB.

Now, about the updates. I updated the Hole of Fame build. I removed a bit of text from the walls and some trash from the floor. Nothing significant, but the room size was reduced from 4.6 MB to 3.5 MB. I also added some extra spots behind the “slut wall” :) I attached file as "experimental" to original post (check the one you bought on boosty or hipolink).

I also made an alternative version of Azure Halo for those who prefer more futuristic furniture and less annoying mirror/glossy surfaces. This was mostly done at users’ request. The “new” assets are mostly taken from my other projects or based on assets that already existed in the build, so don’t expect miracles — but now you have a choice. I attached file as "alternate" version to original post (check the one you bought on boosty or hipolink).

Finally, about the new project. It’s already in development, but progress has been quite slow since the recent events were stressful and annoying. It will be kind of a mix between a medium-sized house and a luxury hunter’s cabin — a house in a pine forest, with mountains in the background and a small river nearby. Yes, it will be kind of a spiritual successor to Lovers Hideout (1), but in a totally different style. Approximate release date: sometime in early October. First assets:
