Hey! I just finished pc upgrade and some real life things. Had a bit of rest too. I'm working on next projects right now. First one is tiny island with wooden house in nicely detailed tropical environment.  2nd project is new gloryholes/stuck in wall kinky club in black and white style with some ahegao graphics, pervy spots etc. This won't be GB4 tho. I already tried few things for that one too. I hope to finished house in 10-14 days. No ETA for club yet. Probably early july.

Knockers is my new project. Technically it is the Strip club but can be modified to dance club by moving stage on floor level and removing few unnecessary elements.

Two version attached. Maxi version is main default version. Mini version is more performance friendly version (removed graphics like logos etc, some effects and some metal/mirror surfaced elements. VIP room area was moved away and connected with main area via teleport).

Still work in progress but a lot of work was done already including all furniture and main props. Some areas on early stage (like Red Rooms and Bar area). Plus few small areas not even started yet (restroom and backstage dressing room).

Only few props items  left (house doors, fishing rod holder etc) and some environment stuff like other side of the river (background) and bunch of flora here and there. Room will be finished tomorrow (sunday).

Hi! Right now im working on two rooms. First one will be British Eco Lodge. Modern nature themed house in nature environment modelled from real one. I hope to finish this one in the middle of april. After that i'm planning next big project - it will be a strip or gentelman's club. Not yet started this one yet but found some ideas for that.
