Hey guys. I got few requests about one of my not published rooms. It is called Bungalow Modern (you probably saw screenshots of it months ago here at boosty).

It's a tiny island with small modern bungalow house. Room was made for a friend at summer 2023. She wanted simple house in default 3dxchat house style but more detailed. Since she is using my other rooms nowadays we decided to drop this one on sale.

Keep in mind room shares some assets from my other early projects (from my clubs like GB, GB3, Paradise Bay). I'm planning to replace some shared objects with unique models in future but i have no dates so i'm selling it as is for now without any promises. I think it won't be a problem for people who dont own my clubs.

I do not publish it in 3dxchatstore for now (i prefer to have 99% unique rooms in store with minimum shared asssets). Here some screenshots of it. Room available here: https://hipolink.me/melaniel/products/bungalow-modern for 30 usd,
