How Can I register after Passing the CCNP Exam?

As long as the certifier passes the CCNP exam, they will immediately get the test score report.
But if you need to obtain a certificate, you must register again. Within 10 days of passing the exam, you need to log in your personal information in the candidate's personal tracking system on the Cisco official website.
Under normal circumstances, two to three days after you pass the exam, Cisco's candidate tracking system will record the candidate's exam information, so freshmen may wish to log in to this system to check and register at this time.
If you enter this system to check before the candidate's information is entered, your information will not appear in the system, and there will be prompts. Of course, you don't need to worry at all, just wait a few days.
For the first registration, the detailed steps are as follows:
The first step is to log in to the Cisco website. The page is the first time to enter after entering.
Fill in the LAST NAME and Registration ID to generate a password.
Note: Last Name should be the last name of the candidate, not the first name.
Registration ID should fill in the Registration ID on the transcript
The second step is to return to the registration page just now. After entering the system with the ID number and password, please select one by one to complete the content of this page. This is required.
The third step is to enter "Personal Information" to check whether the candidate's personal information is correct, because you have already reported the certificate receiving address and candidate's EMAIL information when registering at the test center, so you need to check whether it is correct here. Error information can be performed
modify.
The certificate receiving address must be correct and ensure long-term validity. If the correctness of the home address translation cannot be guaranteed, you can also fill in the address of the test center.
Note: In the form at the end of the candidate's personal information page, you can fill in the candidate's information in your native language, and the above instructions can be filled in "Chinese", "Korean", "Japanese", and "Spanish" respectively.
Cisco's certificates are all sent by ordinary mail. The detailed status of ordinary mail cannot be found at the post office. Therefore, the correct Chinese address must be filled in when registering for the first time.
In this way, Cisco will type out the address in Chinese at the same time on the certificate. When it arrives at the domestic post office, it won’t happen that the certificate is lost or returned because it doesn’t know English.
Then click the Update confirmation button in the lower left corner, and the system will automatically go to the page after personal information confirmation (or modification).
The fourth step is to complete the signing of the examination agreement v9, otherwise the certificate will not be issued.
The fifth step, in the personal tracking system of Cisco, choose test history and then choose Certificate Status. You will see a drop-down list with two options: one is hard copy and the other is soft copy. If you choose the former, you will receive the certificate which is mailed to the traditional Cisco; but if you choose the latter, you will receive the e-certificate issued by Cisco, which is a PDF file sent to you as an email attachment.
Then the registration is complete.
Next time you log in to the system after taking other subjects, you can log in directly with the Testing ID or Cisco ID.
After the exam is completed, Cisco will also send a confirmation letter to the candidates. If you receive Cisco's email, you must read the content carefully, because Cisco will write new information, certificates, exams, and registration tips in it.
At present, Cisco has provided electronic certificates. Like paper certificates, they are only provided once for free. Electronic certificates and paper certificates can only be issued by choosing one of the two. Therefore, you must read and be cautious when replying to Cisco's confirmation email.
Approximately four to eight weeks after registration, you will receive a certificate from CISCO.
If your paper certificate has not been received, you can also send a letter to ciscotraining@external.Cisco.com and ciscotraining@Cisco.com to explain the situation, and Cisco will send an electronic certificate free of charge as appropriate.
If you want to apply to Cisco to send you a second paper certificate or a second electronic certificate, you will have to pay 15 dollars, which needs to be stored in a VISA credit card and the transfer is completed.
