A little over a month has passed since the announcement of our server. We are very glad that so many wonderful people are interested in the project, and we are incredibly pleased to read your comments. Your support motivates us to work hard - thank you for your participation!
Today we would like to talk about the various armors that you can get on our server. In modern versions of Granado Espada, we are used to gear our characters with Crescemento equipment up to a high level - it makes the gameplay easier, forcing the player to consider items that drop on locations as junk for selling. But not on the GE Classique! We would like to remind you that in the first versions of GE, all the items that you could get as a result of hunting monsters had a practical use. Also, receiving an item with a good chip was a great success; such items were exchanged and traded, even if its level is not very high. Let's take a closer look at some of the details related to the equipment.

Armor classes
In the modern Granado Espada we have 4 types of armor - leather, coat, robe and metal. In early versions of the game, there were more armor classes - additionally we had 2 subclasses of leather (leather Fighter and leather Scout), as well as 2 subclasses of coats (coat Musketeer and coat Wizard). Class items are available from level 72, and armor of the highest levels does not have a common class at all - the best items are strictly divided into 6 types. It means that equipment pieces becomes less versatile and more valuable. Many of you probably remember situations when, after a difficult raid, the team chooses which player will receive the obtained armor. Now there are more armor classes again, so coordinated teamplay and good relationships between people within the faction will be more important.

In addition to the social component of the game, this system also affects the balance of the characters.

At the time of version 2.0, some RNPCs had unusual capabilities for using armor. For example, Bernelli and Emilia had the opportunity to wear leather of the general class (but not the Fighter and Scout classes), and Karjalainen was only able to wear general leather and robes. Please pay attention to these features when choosing your main team for the game.
As an example, I am attaching a small collage that shows all the armor options with 26 D.R. I suppose that the most valuable of these items will be the Elite Ring Mail, since the largest number of characters have the ability to use it.
Enhancement value
Imagine the situation - you managed to acquire the desired Elite Ring Mail. What will you do first? Of course it needs to be enhanced! For this purpose you will need Enhancement Boosters and Imperviums - I would like to remind you that there are no Shiny Crystals in the game, so enhancement of items below level 100 are also quite expensive.
Enhancement Boosters will be available as drops from some bosses - we are trying to provide you with opportunities for a comfortable game without requiring you to spend a lot of real money. And the value of Imperviums will reduce the overall level of equipment of players, which, in our opinion, has a positive effect on the balance in PvP.
Enchantment value
To make our armor even better, we will need to enchant it. But, as for enhancement, this is also not a simple task in version 2.0. Enchantment Chips are very valuable since we don't have the opportunity to get tons of it from daily missions. This also applies to low-level equipment - Enchanters in cities will no longer sell you chips, you will have to get it in other ways. In general, there are three key methods for obtaining chips - farming bosses, opening Bellem boxes, and getting chips as a result of an unsuccessful item enhancement. High level chips will have a high price in the market, so be prepared that 2 DR chip is a good enough chip. And armor with 3 DR + DEF chip will be considered a rare and extremely valuable item.
Pretty good! (better than nothing at all)
