Gabital 20: Retail vs wholesale
Wholesale is when goods are traded between parties - usually businesses - on a regular basis, usually in bulk - large, pre-determined amounts or batches. Retail, on the other hand, is when goods are sold directly in small quantities, like in normal shops, piece by piece.

Or maybe the guy speaking isn't talking about himself but another boss. 🤷
