chai gravitas, I mean #42 also showed us innovation :D and more importantly the inovation in this post only can come from the experience the worker gained, which chief will never.
And this adjustment (assuming there are now design flaws), will - in stark contrast to innovation bred by capitalism (as seen in 09) - be a positive on the wokers.
