41: Sick leave

Sick leave is paid time off work. Unlike vacation time, its sole purpose is to address worker's existing health problems - usually requiring a medical certificate to prove the illness, as well as the period of time it took to address it.

Update about housing: a tiny unit of progress was made but we still wait due to the terrible property management company.
