Decision: Red Daze version 1.3.3(4)

We're excited to announce a new update for Decision: Red Daze!
Meet Major Update #4! We've taken the community's suggestions into account and made many useful improvements and fixes. 👍
Check out the full list of changes ↓
1 - QOL         
     1.1 - Fixed a loot collection issue where a filled resource circle would not activate on the first click to grab.
     1.2 - Fixed "Waiting for the Assault" task automatically completing if the boss of that settlement has already been killed by another method.
     1.3 - Fixed a bug that caused the "Hero" achievement to not count as completed.
     1.4 - Added a circular menu to select the desired game window (config, inventory, team, map, tasks and achievements). This improves control using the gamepad.
2 - Controls    
     2.1 - At the beginning of the game, a "Control Basics" task is added to learn the controls. During the task, the HUD displays basic control buttons hints.   
     2.2 - In the Key Bindings options, added the ability to set a hotkey for the Tasks and Achievements window. The default keyboard hotkeys are [O] and [P].
     2.3 - Slightly slowed down the camera rotation speed when using the mouse.
     2.4 - Fixed the reaction to the first mouse click when moving items to the
warehouse.
     2.5 - Fixed a bug where after recruiting a new survivor, the autorun button would not function until the character started moving.
3 - Gamepad  
     3.1 - Fixed operation of the left stick in the language selection window when using the gamepad. Now the left stick correctly selects different languages when hovering.
     3.2 - Moving through the lists with the gamepad has been sped up a bit.
     3.3 - Added visual gamepad control hints when hovering over the Kay Bindings option in the config.
4 - GUI          
     4.1 - Added a "New Game" button in the config.
     4.2 - A personal icon has been added to the Kay Bindings window for all actions.
     4.3 - The config window is now shown even when playing with the HUD turned off.
     4.4 - The "Rest" category in inventory now opens and closes without defects.
     4.5 - All starting dialogue options with Frank related to the main story tasks are now highlighted in yellow to catch the player's attention.
     4.6 - Fixed overlapping of information from two windows in the right part of the config after selecting another language with the left mouse button. Now only one correct piece of information is displayed in the right part of the window.
5 - Settings    
     5.1 - By default, VSync is set to 1 for new players. Since this setting is used most often by players.
     5.2 - For vertical synchronization settings, the number of the selected bar option has been added to make it easier to select the appropriate setting.
     5.3 - Added a resolution selection window right after language selection when first starting the game.
     5.4 - Config settings are now saved separately from the main save slots. This allows you to use the settings from the main game menu.
6 - Behaviour 
     6.1 - Fixed enemy generation where you could encounter an unrealistic crowd of zombies at night and an unrealistic crowd of mutants during the day. Now such crowds will not appear near settlements.
     6.2 - Removed the ability to leave the settlement at the end of the day for survivors who are not far outside the city. Now settlers do not have to leave.
     6.3 - Additional fixes have been made for situations where character interaction is interrupted. For example, recruitment - now it will not be interrupted by other characters.
     6.4 - Fixed sudden teleportation of teammates during combat if their ranged formation is selected. Now teammates do not make such teleportations, but now they can follow the player even in a crowd of enemies.
     6.5 - Allies will now not fire at a wall if the enemy is behind it, and will not waste ammo on unnecessary shots.
     6.6 - Fixed character getting stuck in a destroyed turret.
     6.7 - Fixed glitches in the animation of climbing up and down from the turret.
     6.8 - Fixed werewolves jumping without moving.
     6.9 - Fixed merchants disappearing when entering the red zone.
     6.10 - Fixed an issue with character movement that sometimes caused dialog or the recruitment process to be interrupted.
     6.11 - Fixed the behavior of units when they could sometimes walk into a wall.
     6.12 - Fixed the behavior of squad members during different formations, causing squad members to rush through positions.
     6.13 - Fixed a bug where the character would sometimes freeze for a short time after looting an enemy's body.
     6.14 - Fixed a bug that sometimes caused a roll to be performed on the spot and not move the character in the desired direction. Now the roll is not performed if there is no physical possibility.
7 - Balance     
     7.1 - Shotguns have received a slight damage increase and a decrease in dispersion. The more powerful the shotgun, the less shot dispersion.
     7.2 - Reduces the dispersion of fire from firearms and completely disables the effects of running on dispersion.
     7.3 - Increased the rate of fire of the «Karel-V» machine gun in the turret.
     7.4 - Sniper Rifle "Murphy" now increases the Firearms skill instead of the Heavy Weapon skill when firing.
     7.5 - The chance of the «Phantom» bow appearing has been reduced.
     7.6 - The chance of generating medium and heavy weapons has been removed from Frank's inventory. Now Frank will not use such weapons.
     7.7 - The melee weapon's jump kick has become more targeted and accurate.
     7.8 - Fixed the possibility of a cheater gun accidentally appearing in a drop from a boss.
     7.9 - The priority of units' self-healing in battle has been increased. Now team members will use first aid kits more often when they are low on health.
     7.10 - Bosses have their scream time reduced. Now they start using their next attack faster.
     7.11 - Bosses now throw heavy objects more accurately. The target of the throw is now determined at the end of the throw animation, making it harder for the player to dodge.
     7.12 - The movement speed of peaceful mutants has been reduced. They used to move too fast.
8 - Level design         
     8.1 - Small passages were made near the Carnegie Farm in Sectors D-7 and F-7.
     8.2 - Not far from Broken Hills, a small passageway has been made in the K-10 sector.
     8.3 - In Sector G-6, in the traders' camp, there is a passage in the fence to the north.
     8.4 - Reduced the number of enemies in the vicinity of Woodbury Trail.
     8.5 - Large crowds of enemies appeared on the outskirts of the valley.
9 - Graphic     
     9.1 - Added animated hourglass on the loading screen.
     9.2 - Increased loading window delay time to hide all stages of loading environment objects.
     9.3 - Additional checks were introduced for situations where some structures and walls in cities did not appear on time. 
     9.4 - The effects of firing all firearms have been refined and improved.
     9.5 - Camera movement has become smoother. Fixed a bug that caused the camera to not move every frame.
     9.6 - The movement of mercenaries and dog dots on the minimap became smoother.
     9.7 - Added smooth transition of animation from calm state to combat and back again.
     9.8 - Now the turret does not disappear for a short time before activating the destroy animation if it runs out of health.
     9.9 - Optimized red smoke effect in the danger zone and enemy spawn locations.
     9.10 - Optimized settings of most materials of environment objects.
     9.11 - The material settings of most particle system effects have been optimized.
     9.12 - Optimized display of Repeller zones on the map and on the mini-map.
     9.13 - The mechanism for changing the environment lighting has been improved with additional checks. Now the change of lighting is more precise and at the right moment. For example, when entering and leaving the red zone.
     9.14 - Fat zombies and fat mutants have their running animation replaced with a heavy walking animation.
10 - Sound     
     10.1 - Fixed a bug that caused lying enemy bodies to sometimes make screaming noises even after death.
     10.2 - Fixed sudden change in troll soundtrack and wasteland soundtrack when approaching the troll boss area.
11 - Other small improvements and changes.
