Wow, I've just remembered my OCs are not all female - and decided to redesign one of a handful of my boys.

Park Xiumin is a student at Hanyang University, College of Medicine. His older brother, Park Juwong is the leading singer of the famous K-pop band "Poopsi Boys", whose songs are occupying South Korea's top charts for month at times. Juwong's roaring success, irresistible charisma and hordes of fans following his every step - all this is casting a long shadow onto Xiumin, making him feel invisible compared to his star-studded brother. He is his polar opposite: kind and empathic, yet always ravaged by constant doubts. However, in his critical moments, it is as if a switch flips - and he changes. Kai wakes up. Decisive and cold-blooded, Kai is quick to assert his control over the situation - he can calm down a panic-stricken patient and stand his ground before a strict professor. And then Xiumin will turn beet red, embarrassed by Kai's "glorious" deeds.

He's got another leg in holding him up in this world - his virtual friend Fleur de Riverdi. The mademoiselle is studying in the US at the moment and they are yet to see each other in person - but every letter from her is a gulp of fresh air he'd so desperately needed. Fleur believes in Xiumin more than he does in himself.

Someday, he'll learn that Kai is not his enemy but a part of their shared power - and only by combining both strength and softness, one can become a great doctor.
