The Primal BLM V1.0.3 update

- resolved the biggest animation issue. Now you can play animations in gpose. I still don't know if it solves problem with thaumaturge and synced plugins (like Mare) so I will be glad to get a feedback about that.
- fixed Flare target scaling issue.
