Ahead of the release of my new album, I wanted to immerse myself once again in the atmosphere and aesthetics of my early work. I really adore this sound; it reminds me of the old days when I would lose myself in it, feeling totally unsure and lost, yet still dream of something better. Well, history does repeat itself, but in a more disgusting way this time. Through this release, I am trying to make sense of life again, and to come to terms with the grief and horror that reality has brought in recent years. Still, there is always something beautiful, fragile and elusive behind all this. It's something that makes life worth living and love is definitely worth holding on to. Thank you for listening.
