Unfortunately I am having a similar issue right now. I am unable to buy the model with any payment options. 

tried on both right? and sure it's not your bank right? have you contacted them? otherwise best I can say is either try again a bit later or contact boosty/hipolink support unfortunately

Hello! I’ve been keeping an eye on things closely and it seems like there’s been a company wide outage on card payments at the time, from how it’s looking currently, seems like it’s been resolved now! So you should try again and hopefully it should go through ok!
