A new mod, the Diet system, is being developed. This mod will add parameters such as proteins, fats and carbohydrates to the player, which will replace the simple satiety system in Anomaly. These three parameters will affect the character's condition and give both buffs and debuffs.

What has already been done at the time of writing this post?

1) The main script responsible for the mod's functionality. A file with the nutritional value of the products.

2) The effect of proteins and fats on the player's health: a critical level of these nutrients will lead to a decrease in the maximum health reserve. A high protein and fat level will give you a bonus that will restore your health to 25% if it falls below this value.

3) The effect of carbohydrates and fats on the player's stamina level: a critical level of these nutrients will lead to a decrease in the maximum stamina reserve. A high level of carbohydrates and fats will give you a bonus that will restore your stamina level by up to 25% if it falls below this value.

4) The player's satiety now depends on the level of fats and carbohydrates. Calories in food will no longer increase satiety, and medications will no longer decrease it.

5) Medications with a health-restoring effect reduce the levels of proteins and fats, depending on the strength and duration of the effect.

6) Medications with a stamina-restoring effect reduce the level of carbohydrates and fats, depending on the strength and duration of the effect.

P.S. The mod is still in development, and since this is the first version, I don't know what the Diet system should look like. Therefore, it's difficult for me to estimate the amount of work that needs to be done and the time it will take to complete the mod for the first release.
