Please always refer to this page if unsure, even after the purchase. The purpose of updates is not to exploit, but to protect both sides.

If you disagree with any point stated, do not purchase from me.

Feel free to ask for the clarifications on any of the points listed, or the general questions regarding my rules and terms of service, via DA or TH.

Rules of buying art/adoptables from me:

1. At the moment my art and adoptables are sold on DA and TH only, and using this boosty account and hipolink as a method of receiveing payments.

If you see me selling my art anywhere else, it's a scam. I am not responsible for the money lost from the purchases done from any places other than my DA, TH or this boosty account / hipolink.

2. Adoption rules may vary depending on what kind of adoptables I sell (such as common or closed species designs), they're stated on DA or TH page where the design is being sold.

3. You can do whatever you want with the designs purchased from me afterwards, such as redesigning, reselling, using for commercial purposes, etc, unless specific rules are stated on DA or TH page where it's being sold (this mostly applies to closed species adopts. closed species adopts can not be used for commercial purposes).

However, you must always abide the law and not use the designs and art purchased from me for illegal purposes.

Using my designs and artwork for training AI is not allowed for any purposes, even if you've paid for the said art and design.

4. After the adoptable purchase, credit me at least once.

If reselling/trading away, always credit me + inform me who's the new owner so I could update the info on my own DA page (doesn't apply to TH since it retains the original ownership and creator history, if the character was transfered from me in the first place. however you must credit me on TH if I wasn't the original creator of the character page).

You must also inform the person you trade/resell/gift the design about my terms of service.

5. You're free to use the art of the purchased character from me in any way you'd like (as long as it abides the law and isn't used for illegal purposes), but only if it was done by me specifically.

If you wish to use the purchased design's artwork that I've made using someone else's lineart/base, you must consult with the creator of the said lineart/base about their own terms of usage.

Commercial use of the artwork is allowed as long as I'm the original artist of the said artwork and the said usage abide the law and not used for illegal purposes.

Making something new using my art files as a base is not allowed in any way.

Slight edits to my art for character redesign purposes is allowed as long as you've purchased it.

Using my designs and artwork for training AI is not allowed for any purposes, even if you've paid for the said art and design.

6. No refunds. If you buy something from me, you buy it.

Be careful not to misclick as well. From what I've read before, it's quite difficult or almost impossible to request a refund anyway?... Don't take my words as facts.

7. Claims are done via DA and TH only, where my designs are being sold, on the page of a specific adoptable. You will need to have a DA or TH account to do so.

8. Art commissions rules are TBA if I ever open these.

Boosty usage guide:

1. While on the main website page, if you need an english version of the website, click the globe button and switch to EN.

After that, press "Sign Up" and choose one of the registration
methods (if you don't have Boosty account); or "Log In" if you have
an account.

You don't have to become an author to use the website.

2. On my boosty page, find the "Goals" field, the "!!! PAYMENTS GO HERE !!!" goal, and press orange "Donate" button below.

3. Choose "USD" option and type the amount stated on my DA page where the adoptable is sold.

4. Select the payment method and fill in the required fields, then press "Confirm Payment".
