Bent Hand Drill Set

I made a set of impossible drill bits 😋, this is not my original idea,I think you have come across similar drill bits.
As you can see, here is a vintage brace drill that I made earlier as a key case. This brace is slightly modified so that an 8mm drill bit fits into the chuck.
The case has undergone many iterations in order to eventually function fully.
The case itself consists of two outer and two inner parts, which are printed without supports. The case is assembled easily, filament is used as a hinge pin. You can secure it, for example, by slightly melting the ends.
I separated the outer part from the inner part so that it could be printed in different colors, this is more convenient. The inserts are simply glued inside.
The brace is printed without supports, the chuck is glued to the frame, the sweep handle is glued together from 2 halves, for convenience, pieces of filament can be inserted into the 4 holes in them to precisely position the two parts.
The brace in the case, as you can see, is stored disassembled. This adds interactivity 🙃, and of course takes up less space, everything is compact, in a small volume.
I made 5 types of drills for this set, to make them look better externally, the 4th and 5th I printed by laying them horizontally. In fact, everything can be printed horizontally, they will be stronger, the main thing is to focus on the front part. On the back side, of course, they will look less high-quality in that case.
The drills and the brace inside the case are held securely by latches. You don't have to worry when someone opens the set upside down and all the items fall out, as happens with some tool sets.
To make it easier to understand which drill goes where, I made a marking, the arrow matches the cutting part of the drill ⤴️.
Next to the brace there was a small space left, I filled it with a screw with a nail head 🔨.
True, then I made an alternative item, a cigadrill. This is a regular 8mm drill bit, colored in the slicer 🎨. It's funny that the diameter of the drills I made matched the diameter of a standard cigarette. If you have friends who smoke, it confuses them a little when they look at it.
There are two lengths in total, the short version is suitable for this set. This is the only model that requires multi-color printing; one cigarette took me 6 colors, since I only have a setup for 4, I changed two spools during printing. Also, just for fun, I made a separate drill tied in a knot 🪢.
