The infinitely long, incredibly frosty and immeasurably snowy winter has finally given way to spring light. And after five months spent in the company of impenetrable darkness and loneliness, my studio, or rather monastic cell, was finally filled with this hopeful light. For me, returning here is comparable to recovering from a seemingly incurable disease.

After I was forced to suspend my work last September, I decided not to immerse myself in pity and sadness, but to devote this time to restoring not only my mental health, but also to repairing my own house, so it's not surprising that because of my meticulousness and tediousness, this process dragged on for such a long time.

Unfortunately, as an unavoidable side effect, I'm afraid that during this time I've fallen out of my creative frame and lost something. But this involuntarily acquired passion for change, this desire to start from scratch, in a sense, without changing myself, despite all the energy spent during this time and the accumulated anger (look through the keyhole in the previous post), I long to direct all this to my creativity and to my sanctuary. So I'll be back to work very soon..
