Drawing is an integral part of my work, but at the same time it does not carry an important or defining technical part. A sketch is important to capture an idea and fix it physically. I start each of my projects by transferring the image in my head to paper, and after I attach it to the wall above my desk, I have no way back. I don't create a classic moodboard because I get my inspiration from books, so I look at this drawing on the wall and at the book left next to it every day to keep myself in the right mood. All these images exist only in my head, so in a way the end result is a surprise to me. So far, my gut has never failed me and I still give free rein to my hands.. Someone does not consider sketches an important component of the work, in a sense, today this approach is an atavism. But as I have said many times, my primary task is to create an artistic image that every detail obeys, and I recreate these details..
