In a world where neon corrodes the eyes, and the power of the "Predatory Whisper" suffocates the city with a stranglehold, there is a place where time has stopped. The Motionless Water store. It smells of salt and honest fish. He's standing behind the counter here.

Meet Jiro.

A former legendary samurai. Now he is the owner of a fish shop. The uncle and only mentor of our protagonist Akira.

His philosophy: "Strength is not in a sharp claw, but in a calm heart. And only delicious fish calms the heart."

He is the conscience of this story. Stern, silent, infinitely kind inside his rough shell. He is the one who will be broken to break Akira. And he knows it.

Akira is a young red-haired orphan cat who returned to his native cyberpunk metropolis of Neko Machi after many years of wandering and training. He has a dream in himself — to save the city from the stranglehold of the powerful criminal organization Predatory Whisper. But he doesn't know yet that to do this he will have to save himself first.

Akira's story is not the path of a ready—made hero, but a painful transformation. He starts out as a naive idealist who believes that one blade can cut through evil. The bitter defeat of the ruthless leader of the "Whisper" Kuroda breaks his sword and his faith.

Akira is not just a "savior." This is the soul of a wounded city that has found the strength to fight back.

I started this work a long time ago with plans for the new year, which has already passed. But for some unknown reason, the work was abandoned for a long time.

Now that I've found it in my folders again, I thought, why not finish it by this new year. :3

When everyone is together, cozy hugs on the couch on the upcoming New Year's Eve. A slightly dimmed light and a bright light source is only a Christmas tree.

Warmth, comfort and family are the key to the happiness of this very couple. :3
