I’m Zaelkor, the Shardwalker.
I don’t write worlds - I explore their reflections.
Every reflection shows something different. In one, Naruto is arguing with Harry Potter over instant ramen like it’s a national crisis. In another, MHA heroes end up in a completely unnecessary debate that somehow turns into philosophy nobody planned for - but everyone enjoys anyway.
I collect these variations, not to fix them, but to see what stories they try to tell on their own.
I write light, humorous fiction - parody when it fits, chaos when it insists, and just enough over-the-top “Mary Sue energy” to make everything feel a little less serious for a while. No grand meanings. No destiny talk. Just a pause between louder things.
“I know a shortcut,” I said, confidently walking into a labyrinth that absolutely did not require confidence, direction, or common sense.
It usually works out… eventually.

A Restocked Library, a Locked Ending, and Longer Chapters

Greetings, fellow wanderers. Zaelkor at the mirror.
Another news post. I’ll keep it brief, because the reflections are currently buried under notes, skeletons, and an alarming amount of Obsidian tabs.
First: The Library has been updated. The current version of the book is now available there, properly shelved and no longer quietly pretending to be an older draft. If you’re a Keeper, the shelves should now hold the correct scroll.
Second: For now, I still guarantee a minimum of two chapters per week. I’m sorry it isn’t more. The reason is simple: real life has been doing its usual trick of piling everything up, and I’m actively working through the plot of this story. The good news is that I am 100,000% decided on the ending. The less good news is that the road to that ending still needs to be built, brick by brick - and apparently also skeleton by skeleton.
At this moment, I have thesis-style sketches for 52 chapters. And that is nowhere near the middle. Drafting these blueprints and keeping notes in Obsidian is eating an enormous amount of time. Until I finish the “skeletons” for the chapters, I won’t be able to pick up a normal pace. So I ask for your patience.
Third: The average chapter length seems to have grown by about 1,200 words compared to the previous book. I’m not sure if that’s good, bad, or just a sign that the reflections are getting wordier. Tell me what you think.
