Background work has clearly come a long way. They’re gradually becoming more beautiful and detailed, which is really great to see — especially compared to those colored blobs I used to put behind my characters. There’s also some decent work with props now, which is just as important, especially when it comes to the scale of the character relative to the objects around them. Everything needs to look proportional, right? Anyway, I’m proud of this result. Now I just need to apply this to the bigger things I’m planning...
Although there’s still much to learn to make the process faster and more efficient, so I can spend less time and effort and keep moving forward.

I’ve wanted to do some work with my girls, whom I created a long time ago, for a while now. Due to fear and a busy schedule, I’ve only made progress now. The tribal theme gave way to high-tech outfits, and I’m more than proud of the result.

Let’s hope that someday I’ll be able to draw them in action. On the battlefield, with a detailed background, tons of special effects, and reflecting the sheer rage that a living machine can unleash...
If I don't stop here, I will definitely be able to achieve more. I’m sure of it.

I liked the experiment with the background here. Quite simple and at the same time quite impressive!
It is still difficult to work with dark bodies that need to shine a lot or emphasize their relief/texture. But the current version is more than good, in my opinion.

Thick appendages swayed like grass in the wind... The smooth skin of his supple body glistened under the light, while azure eyes watched in breathless anticipation...~
