Это архив с кистями и текстурами для программы PaintTool SAI2. Материалы я нашла на просторах интернета, они были бесплатны. Авторов каждого набора можно узнать по названию папки внутри архива.

To work with brushes and textures in Paint Tool SAI 2 programs, I found materials on the Internet that were free. The authors of each set are identified by the name of the folder within the archive.

The instructions and everything else are in Russian. Should I translate the file and instructions into English? Please let me know if necessary in the comments.
